Free Tax Buttons for Your Website

WordPress (most websites)

1. Log in to your website (usually yoursite.com/wp-admin).
2. Click Pages on the left, then click the page where you want the button.
3. Click where you want it, then click the + (Add block) button.
4. Type Custom HTML in the search box and click it.
5. Click inside the empty box and paste: Ctrl+V on Windows, Command+V on a Mac.
6. Click Update (top right). Done.

Want it in the sidebar or footer instead? Go to Appearance > Widgets, click the +, pick Custom HTML, paste, click Update. Using the old Classic editor? Click the Text tab (not Visual) and paste there.

Wix

1. Open your site in the Wix Editor.
2. Click Add Elements (the + on the left), then Embed Code, then Embed HTML.
3. Click Enter Code, make sure Code is selected, and paste.
4. Click Update, drag the box where you want it, then click Publish.

If part of the button is cut off, drag the corner of the box to make it bigger.

Squarespace

1. Go to the page and click Edit.
2. Click Add Block (or the + sign), then choose Code.
3. Delete the sample text in the box and paste.
4. Click outside the box, then click Save.

Shopify

1. Go to Online Store > Themes and click Customize.
2. Click Add section, then choose Custom Liquid.
3. Paste into the box and click Save.

GoDaddy Website Builder

1. Click Edit Website.
2. Click the + where you want it, search for HTML, and add that section.
3. Paste into the Custom Code box, click Done, then Publish.

Weebly or Square Online

1. Drag the Embed Code element onto your page.
2. Click it, choose Edit Custom HTML, and paste.
3. Click outside the box and Publish.

Website will not take code? Use the picture

1. Click Download as a picture (PNG) under the design you like.
2. Add it to your website as a normal picture.
3. Click the picture and look for Link (often a chain icon). Paste the address shown under the design, for example https://canadiantaxes.ai/.
4. Turn on Open in a new tab if you see that option, then save.

In your email signature (Gmail)

1. In Gmail, click the gear (top right), then See all settings.
2. Scroll down to Signature. Click the picture icon and choose Web Address (URL).
3. Paste the picture address. To get it, right-click Download as a picture (PNG) under your design and choose Copy Link Address.
4. Click the picture in your signature, click the link (chain) icon, paste https://canadiantaxes.ai/, and click Save Changes at the bottom.
